By consenting to receive our services, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND FAILURE TO ATTEND

To cancel an appointment you must notify our clinic at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $60 will apply.

Failure to attend an appointment, will also incur a failure to attend fee of $60. These fees relate to all clients irrespective of their method of funding and must be paid prior to their next appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paramount Podiatry and Health respects the privacy of its patients. We use the information we obtain about you, to provide you with the best quality service. The privacy policy in place, applies to all Paramount Podiatry and Health patients and conforms to Internet privacy standards. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, please contact Paramount Podiatry and Health Clinic within 7 days. At our discretion, we may either refund or replace the product. You must provide the original receipt in order for us to be able to provide a refund or replacement. Please note: Any faulty return of Archies Thongs is managed through the Archies company.

This refund policy does not apply to products which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. There is always a risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Paramount Podiatry and Health Clinic will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
