Do I need to make an appointment to see a podiatrist, or do you accept walk-ins?

We kindly request that you book an appointment. Please call the clinic on (03 9191 1640) or book online to make an appointment.

Can I change or cancel my appointment via email? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept, change or reschedule appointments via email. Please call the clinic for any changes to your appointment.  Please refer to our Late Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy.   

Do you have an appointment reminder system in place? 

For your convenience, we will send you an SMS reminder, the day before your appointment. Please notify our reception staff if you prefer to receive a call or an email reminder. As this is a courtesy reminder, undelivered SMS reminders do not exempt patients from the applicable Late Cancellation and Failure to Attend fees. Please refer to our Late Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy.  

Please be aware that these reminders are only a courtesy of the clinic and therefore you are required to remember.

What are your fees like? 

This depends on numerous factors, including the appointment type, assessments conducted, treatment required, as well as the complexity of your condition. Please speak to our friendly receptionist prior to booking your appointment, or with your podiatrist at the start of your consultation.  

Do you offer discounts to pensioners or concession holders? 

Yes, we do. A discount of 5% applies to the consultation fee.  

Do you bulk bill? 

No, we are a private clinic and therefore do not offer bulk billing services.  

When do I need to pay for my appointment?  

We require full payment to be made on the day of the consultation. This includes payments under the EPC, TAC, and WorkCover.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit cards (including AMEX), cheques, cash, and EFTPOS  

Do you sell stock at the clinic? 

We sell a range of products in the clinic, including the Archies arch support thongs, foot creams, heel raises, and off-the-shelf orthotics.   

Do you permanently store my credit card details?  

No, we do not store credit card information.
