LATE CANCELLATION AND FAILURE TO ATTEND POLICY  

Paramount Podiatry and Health aims to provide the best podiatry care for all its patients without extremely long waiting periods. To make this possible for our patients, We kindly request 24 hours notice for the cancellation of appointments.  

Failure to cancel appointments without a minimum of 24 hours notice, will incur a cancellation fee of $60  

Failure to attend an appointment without a minimum 24 hours notice, will also incur a failure to attend fee of $60.  

For your convenience, we will send you an SMS reminder, the day before your appointment. Please notify our reception if you prefer to receive a phone call instead. As this is a courtesy reminder, undelivered SMS reminders do not exempt patients from the applicable Late Cancellation and Failure to Attend fees. Please remember that you are responsible for attending, rescheduling, or canceling your appointment.  

We kindly request you contact the clinic on (03) 9191 1640, to speak with our friendly staff, if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are unable to accept, change or cancel appointments via email.
